Trena and Armand are highly skilled, honest, dependable people. Polestar is the BEST place to take your computer when you have a problem. Need accessories or a new computer? They have a really nice store full of great items too. I HIGHLY recommend Polestar for anyone around the lake. The drive is worth the service!

My husband and I are from Lakeport but have stayed in a few different rooms at the Tallman. The Upper Rooms in the main hotel are huge, amazing, and have AWESOME showers in them! Great prices and a cool balcony to walk out onto. The rooms with the Japanese tubs outside are amazing as well. The beds are all super comfortable. The whole grounds are quiet and perfectly groomed. The whole place is very clean. And of course Blue Wing is next door for great eats and great music. It's nice to get away without having to get away too far!

The food has always been delish. Whether it's my husband and I, or the whole family (2 small kids). We all love it! The staff is great. Sitting inside or out is wonderful. And the musicians they bring in have always been a delight.

We've stayed in the rooms and attended an event in the banquet area. We were very pleased! The rooms are really cool and the tubs in them are super deep! And the food in the banquet room as well as the whole room it's self were all very pleasant! The lake, of course is also very pleasant.

I'm 34 and have an eclectic style so when I found Pieces Boutique I was elated. Tons of clothes, for all shapes, styles, ages and the prices are really good! I shop there regularly. The best part is, if you buy 2 items you get 10% off each item, 3 items you get 20% off each item, or 4 or more items you get 25% off each item! And there's ALWAYS something on sale. I highly recommend Pieces Boutique.

Well I've always loved Angelina's Bakery. What's not to love? Fresh baked breads, pastries, desserts. Yummy soups. Really great folks running the place. Cute atmosphere. Awesome sandwiches (my fave is the Kelsey Creek). And NOW they have an Ice Creamery!!! Super yummy ice cream with mix ins like Cold Stone has. It's SUPER DELISH! To top it all off they have great prices too!

From the sandwiches to the salads to the gyros (with lamb in it!) to the burritos to the baklava it's always great food! Plus, it's one of those great places in a small town where you feel like they really like you there and you're bound to see someone you know. And to top it all off, sometimes when you're waiting in line they bring you hot-off-the-bbq meat to munch on. Mmmmmmm!!!

All I can say is "Mixed Greens Salad with Grilled Chicken." I dream about it sometimes. And in the fall they have pumpkin shakes. Oh sheesh! So good. And soft serve ice cream for the kids that's a great price after you've been playing at the park. And a Chicken Sandwich that's nearly to die for. Chef Jeff and his wife Stacy are really great people. And the diner has a great atmosphere. I love Biggs!

Two reasons I like Kelseyville Lumber....1. It's huge and clean and nice and has everything! 2. I can tell them about a doohickey thingamajig that I need and they know what I'm talking about. But the reason I LOVE Kelseyville Lumber is because of Woody's Cafe inside. REALLY good food, REALLY nice people. Lots of room for large parties.

Kenny Parlet has FABULOUS meat at the Lakeview Market. We purchase their meat packs because the meat is far superior to meat at Safeway or ShopSmart or FoodMaxx AND they deliver it to our door for free! I particularly enjoy the fact that I can customize the pack. Kenny knows everything about meat and if you're not sure what kind you'd like or how much you can just tell him what occassion you're planning, or what your likes are and he has recommendations that are spot on.

I very much enjoy the coffee AND the employees at Harbor House. Besides that, it's quite convenient to just drive up and get what you need. The prices are great and there Frappes are SO DELICIOUS!!! Now I'm jonesing for one so I'm out of here. Next stop, Harbor House!

I very much enjoy everything about Lakeport English Inn. Karen Mackey, the owner, and her staff are super friendly! The food is so delicious! The Inn is very clean. The rooms are large and beautiful! The afternoon teas are amazing. And the Christmas Faire has beautiful items that are actually quite affordable. I've also attended a high school reunion and helped with and attended a wedding on their grounds. Both were done very well. I highly recommend you stay here and/or hold your events here.

The shop is cute and clean, the ice cream is superior, the prices are steep for a small town.
