Located lakeside at the Ferndale Resort in Soda Bay, WaterColor Restaurant offers the finest in fresh California Cuisine. Choose from our selection of fresh Seafood, Steak, Pasta and our ever changing daily specials. Please take a look at our online menu. Our newest addition to the restaurant is the WaterColor Club Bar, Lake County’s only Floating Bar! It is located on the remodeled Clear Lake Queen, now docked at Ferndale Resort. Come and enjoy your favorite cocktail or Lake County wine in the 2nd floor Tiki Bar or stroll upstairs to the Sun Deck and enjoy the breathtaking views of Clear Lake. Please try one of our special Appetizers while enjoying the views. WaterColor Club opens at 4pm Thursday through Sunday, with a daily Happy hour from 4 to 6. We feature Live Entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights, starting at 7pm. Seriously delicious Southwest-style eggs benedict! The hollandaise sauce has a mild chipoltle chili flavor and the eggs were perfect! Add a stunning lake view, sit back and relax.

Only change I'd make is to get the staff to be more attentive. We had to flag them down for coffee refills.

Seriously - I can't get Forbidden Rice off my mind. I'll be back at WaterColor very soon. Excellent dining experience!

For every special occasion this is our first choice. The seafood specials are always fabulous, perfectly cooked and with complimentary sauces. The lamb my husband had the last time was one of his favorites. My two year old son also loves it there. He likes the fried calamari and taking walks by the lake.
